I never received a refund; I paid online for a room at Motel 6 downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee on Williams St, but the hotel had nothing of my booking and still took my money.

The price was the only good thing; I’d rather spend more for a better place. There were many homeless people hanging around the front door where you enter, giving the place a bad look. The room lacked a microwave and fridge, which I would have seen if I’d read the description. The door latch was broken and didn’t allow a double lock. The staff were nice, but the property needs a major overhaul. I didn’t take photos because I tried to stay there only to sleep and leave.
