The hotel’s location, the restaurant, and snack & drink times were great. The room’s lighting was a bit dim and the TV wasn’t smart. Parking access required using the elevator, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was ample, but the soundproofing was awful – you could hear the other room chatting, snoring, and the bathroom was too small.

Everything was great: the dinner and breakfast were tasty, the staff were enthusiastic and professional, the rooms were clean and the beds slept well on; the soundproofing was good, though the lower floor (201) had some road traffic noise.

The hotel was fairly clean and the shower pressure was plenty. Late‑night tea eggs and pizza were delicious. However, the room rate was charged in full before arrival, and a second full charge was made when checking in. When I asked at the front desk, they said they would refund one of the charges but only collect one fee, which can easily lead to confusion.
