The location is the best; a few steps and you’re in the town center or the bus station. The room was clean. The staff were polite and attentive. The house’s condition is excellent. The on‑site parking is good. The Wi‑Fi is great, so remote work is possible. There is no trash bin, even in a quadruple room (only in the bathroom). The house lacks good sound insulation, so if you stay on the ground floor you’ll hear every step and word from the room above. Although the website says taxes and fees are included, at check‑in you were charged a 10 % fee (they said it was optional). The coffee lasts only two hours and has few options, but it’s fine. If the lodge is full you might have to sit outside, which can be unpleasant in cold weather. At the price charged (R$2.8k with a 10 % fee for two nights) they could invest more to improve the experience. They take reviews to heart as a personal attack and the owner doesn’t know how to receive criticism.

The spot is amazing, right next to the bridge beside the pharmacy and the Templário. It even surpassed what I expected.
