The hotel is secure and very convenient for families, with shops and restaurants downstairs. The air‑conditioning in the room can be very noisy at night, especially when there’s a power surge.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked the crew to mop the sanded floors, but they said no. The slippers were only given on the last night of our stay. The location is too far from the mall and station 2, so more shuttle trips would be helpful.

Very close to many places and a good location. The fridge didn’t work, the flush didn’t work, and there was no hot water in the shower.

The location couldn’t be better and the housekeeping staff did a good job, although the breakfast selection was limited and the front‑desk personnel weren’t very helpful.

The place is very clean, yet the receptionist is not accommodating.
