La stanza era molto accogliente, ben pulita, arredamento nuovo e di buon gusto. La posizione, sebbene molto centrale, è proprio nel cuore del quartiere a luci rosse, che non sarebbe particolarmente problematico se non fosse molto rumoroso per tutta la notte. Le finestre isolano molto bene dal rumore, ma vanno tenute chiuse, e anche usufruire del bel terrazzino diventa difficile, se non la mattina dopo le 8
