I stayed at the property as a university student. I needed a quiet area with good car access, and I found a pleasant, quiet, and private setting. The host was very helpful with my questions, and check‑in and check‑out were simple and quick. The room was very clean and fully equipped.

The location was decent and the room was clean. At 1:30 p.m. a hotel staff member called me while I was sleeping and told me I was in the wrong room. I should have moved, but another guest was waiting to be accommodated in the room I was in. They then changed their mind and said I had to give a key to another guest. I didn’t have such a key. When they realized this, they hurried to close the phone. The next day they claimed they didn’t insist I move and I could have stayed, but I clearly remember what they said on the phone. Either way, they clearly don’t know which guest is where—poor organization.

Check‑in took 40 minutes to get into the room, no one answered the automatic check‑in. The pillows were dirty with hair and the bathroom was also dirty. To turn off the light you have to turn on the lamp first and then turn off the air conditioner, which doesn’t work! The heat was incredible, there were noises from a pump that starts and stops! The blinds were broken and wouldn’t open at all. In short, very disappointed.
