The staff were very attentive at all times, the room was always very clean and functional, and having private parking that kept our car safe was great, especially since the neighborhood initially left a bad impression, though it is quiet; however, when we took a room on the second floor it was suffocating, with only a fan available, so air conditioning was needed because the outside climate was comfortable but inside it stayed hot all the time.

The manager’s treatment and the pool were good, but the location and the lack of air conditioning, leaving only a fan, were negative.

I never liked anything. I arrived at the accommodation and they never opened for me and cancelled at the very hour, so I had to leave with my two daughters, which is unacceptable. They never opened, and I don't understand why they advertise if they don't want to provide service.
