Great spot with striking architecture by Ando, helpful staff, and excellent evening and morning buffets. The venue is huge, so it’s easy to get lost, and there isn’t much to do nearby (we were there for the architecture).

The place is in a great spot, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, but the gym and pool cost extra and are pricey.

The front desk staff and the Tadao Ando architecture surrounding the hotel were nice. The spa staff were rude, the pool rates were absurd, the condition of the rooms was poor, the food in general was bad, restaurant prices were high, and it’s not convenient without a car.
