Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance provided by the staff. While there were some minor issues, the hotel's overall charm and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. With a few tweaks, this hotel has the potential to become a true gem.
