“Not clean at all.”

Some staff members, including the manager, were friendly. However, the room wasn’t cleaned when we pulled back the sheets on the last day; we discovered food and drink stains on the mattress from previous guests. I told the desk clerk the next morning, but she didn’t take any action. I waited for a call from the manager, and even after a month I still haven’t received a response.

“Aloft in different states!”

The staff were among the best I’ve ever met while staying at Aloft; one employee was very sympathetic to my medical issue and let me check in early so I could handle it privately, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were clean with nice showers, though the beds were a bit lumpy. Other than that, I’ll use Aloft whenever I need a room anywhere I travel.

“Won’t stay at Aloft again. I will not use any off site reservation agent in the future.”

Breakfast looked OK but I ate elsewhere. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage and toast. I called for reservation after hours. I was connected to a man who said there was only one room left, and it would $438. When I got the booking confirmation I read the room refund practices. I got the reservation a week before the date I needed the room. If i canceled the reservation I would have to pay for my stay which would be a little more than $1000. When I got to your hotel it was 50 to 75 percent occupied. A little later in the day, my wife also called Aloft for a reservation. When I found out , my wife and I scrambled to cancel the extra reservation. I got no confirmation from your office site booking agent

The AC temperature was too extreme.

The AC unit in the room was loud and woke my wife up several times during the night, and there was water in the elevator.
