We had a very pleasant stay at Şanlıurfa Old Town Hotel. It is a lovely, cozy hotel with plenty of charm and an excellent location right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of the main attractions and points of interest. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and served, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely way to start each day. One of the most thoughtful features is the complimentary nearby parking. Since the streets in the old town are narrow and not easily accessible by car, the hotel has a scooter to help transport luggage between the parking area and the hotel. This small but very practical service makes arrival and departure much easier. A special thank‑you to Mehmet Bey and his entire team. They were welcoming, helpful, and proactive in communicating with us before our arrival. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful find for anyone wanting to experience the historic heart of Şanlıurfa. Clean rooms, freshly prepared breakfast, a central location, thoughtful arrangements, and genuinely welcoming service make it a real gem. We would happily recommend it and would gladly stay here again! The streets at night get a little noisy but it is not something hotel staff can control.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always quick to assist with any request. Our room was spotless, featuring crisp, clean white linens and fresh towels. Daily room cleaning and towel changes were available upon request, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The breakfast was fantastic with great service throughout. Free parking is available just a 5-minute walk away, and the location is ideal—very central and convenient for exploring. While the architecture gives the property a magical, fairy-tale charm—especially in the evenings—a few details could be improved. The greenery on the second floor appeared neglected and dried out, which takes away from the aesthetic. Additionally, the window frames have noticeable gaps that allow cold air to blow through, which could be uncomfortable during the winter months

The breakfast was authentic and amazing, and the hosts were ready to help with luggage even though the free parking is only 200‑300 meters away. The place is an old town, historical building, so expect little soundproofing and it can feel a bit chilly at night; the a/c blows warm air and the heater is noisy or the air can feel cramped. The room is small, but that’s just part of the historical charm.
