The staff were very helpful and the location is outstanding, but the room had a jacuzzi in the bathroom yet no shower area.

Position in centre of Rome. Stayed for 1 night. The room was very hard to access. The signage was not clear & no one was in attendance after I had been advised that the room was ready.I have a back problem & the access to the room was via a lift to a 1/2 floor & then several flights of stairs to the apartment door which was locked & I had to wait for about 1/2 hour until someone attended

The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the Pantheon area, and the room is well equipped with friendly staff, though the shower pressure was a bit low.

The location is fantastic, only a 15‑minute walk from Trevi, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and the main food and shopping districts, with good bus links. The bed and room are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and quick to respond to messages when they’re not on site. The hotel offered to keep our bags safe after check‑out, letting us explore the city without lugging luggage around. However, we were woken at 2‑3 am several nights by loud noise outside—people talking loudly, and we later discovered a club downstairs. Rooms with windows facing the club need better sound‑proofing; an iron is only available on request and not in every room, so we had to search through three irons to find one that worked. A mini ironing board, iron, or steamer in each room would make things easier. Some parts of the room could use a visual refresh; the bed frame had rust and was chipped.
