“Don’t get swayed by their desperation of room in booking app”

The staff behaved excellently, but the room was nowhere near what the booking app described.

The overall experience was the best I’ve had, the staff were outstanding, and the room I received matched the picture exactly; everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and cooperative—definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
