The room was great, but when I tried to take a shower I found there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. On top of that, there was a smell in the bathroom that made me think someone had smoked inside.

I just needed a place to stay for one night and this place was recommended. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and there’s a cat that roams the property! The check‑in process was a little awkward and the wifi didn’t work during my stay, and the host seemed a bit confused about how to get it to work.

The only positive was the location, 1.5 km from the center but with all essentials nearby – supermarkets, bars, laundry, etc. The host was not available for calls, only messages. The photos were staged; the room is far from what’s shown: it’s dirty, the wallpaper is poorly positioned, the coffee table had an old stain never cleaned, the floor was dirty, shelves and other surfaces were dusty to the point you could draw on them. Only one roll of toilet paper was available for a three‑day stay for two people, clearly insufficient. A separate kitchenette had a sink, coffee machine, tea packets, coffee, and glasses, but everything was dusty and a cat walked happily on the counter, licking the sugar packets. The stairs to the room had a strong smell of pigeon droppings (photos show stains). The common area was full of litter and dust, unclean. The room had no air‑conditioner, while the photos suggest otherwise. The heat was brutal, only a fan, and at night in September it was barely tolerable.

Good evening, everything was perfect with the accommodation except that it was very hot and there was no air‑conditioner or fan. We asked for a fan via message but received no reply, and there was also a parking issue; otherwise everything was fine. The heat was intense because there was no fan or AC, we couldn’t sleep, spent all the time rinsing under the shower, and had to park on the street in the morning, waking up very early to put the ticket on the car correctly.

It felt like we were stepping into someone’s home, which is unusual for a hotel. It had a very French vibe with a courtyard and interesting furnishings in the room we stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable, and we could help ourselves to tea and coffee in what looked like the owners’ kitchen. There was a very friendly cat too. We arrived late, around 10.30 pm, because our plane to Toulouse airport was delayed. It wasn’t far to walk from the railway station to the hotel, but finding which building was the hotel on a dark street took some work. It certainly wasn’t a brightly lit Ibis with a receptionist to greet you.
