The location was very good, and the staff greeted us with smiles and were very pleasant.

The staff were genuinely pleasant and went out of their way to satisfy us. We had a room on the second floor with a wall‑view window, but the receptionist swapped it for a room on the tenth floor that also looked out onto a wall, just a bit farther away. The hotel’s location was excellent. The only drawbacks were the noisy air conditioning in the bathroom and the fact that the windows only looked at walls, which is simply unacceptable for the price paid.
