Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Bad nicht sauber, Papierkorb noch von vorherigen Gästen voll, kein Shampoo, benutze Seife, kein Toilettenpapier, TV hat nicht funktioniert. Lage auf einem Berg, Straße steil und nicht ausgeschildert.

“Nada bien”

Nothing. When we arrived the place looked abandoned. The photos on Booking didn’t match reality. A family was enjoying the pool and a teenage boy, under 16, attended us. He didn’t expect our reservation. He walked through all the rooms looking for an empty one for us (we had booked months in advance). He left us waiting while he hurriedly prepared a room. The facilities were dirty, with loose cables and a half‑abandoned feel. The pool didn’t look well maintained. The room he set up had a bad smell, as other reviews mention. After reading other people’s comments and seeing the situation we decided to leave immediately.

The staff were very good, it felt like a family hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the check‑in and check‑out times were never a problem. We arrived early and left late. Breakfast was quite good. The pool was large and the terrace was fun. The tea‑coffee corner was enjoyable. There’s a high‑level viewing area like a balcony, where the view is better. The rooms are very good value for money. You can spend time on the balcony looking at the view. Sheets, pillows, and bedding are clean, and the staff are neat and organized compared to other places. We were very satisfied as a family. I recommend it.

“Calm and nice location for families and couples”

Nice location in a calm area, very beautiful view. The staff were helpful and gave me extra time in the room. The restaurant closes at 12 PM.
