The whole hotel is very pretty and clean. The receptionist’s service was terrible; she should have better customer care because she was rude and in a bad mood.

Check‑in was super quick and hassle‑free. I wanted to change my reservation to a different number of people, and when I called they said they couldn’t do it in the system and told me to go to the website, but the website also didn’t allow it; that was the only thing I didn’t like.
