The room was roomy, the pool area and garden were lovely, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room.

The spot was great, but the food left a lot to be desired.

They told us the breakfast wasn’t included because the package didn’t say it, even though it was listed when we booked. Anyway, they introduced us to a worthwhile restaurant, Isabela in Xochitepec.

The hotel and rooms were very old, lacking infrastructure and detail. I arrived to a dirty sheet and a wet towel in the shower.
