The staff were fantastic—friendly and beautiful! We went with an elderly mother, so the sudden stairs and lack of a toilet in the room were inconvenient, but the place was clean and overall good.

The innkeeper was very nice, the atmosphere was cozy, the food delicious, and the home‑like vibe made us feel at ease. I definitely want to return!

The owner was very enthusiastic, service was excellent, and there were games for kids. The bathtub setup was innovative and great, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the 403 shopping street in Sasebo.

Everything was gorgeous; the host was adorable and professional, the welcome was perfect despite our late arrival, and even the shampoo and conditioner were professional‑grade. No negatives.
