The room was clean and comfortable, with a large double bed, an extra single bed, a sofa, a TV, a fridge, an electric kettle, a side table, and a spacious shower. The hotel is a five‑minute walk from Mashtochka Avenue, next to cafés, shops, and a large hypermarket, so you can stroll into the center on foot. The owner personally showed me the room. All staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect!

The hotel’s location is great, and you can easily walk into the center. On the street by the hotel are several traditional restaurants where you can eat well and cheaply. From the balcony on a clear day you can see Mount Ararat. The owners are very kind and helpful. The bathroom is small and the shower head was broken.

The owner doesn’t speak English but they try with a translator. They held me to try parking. The place is the worst ever and I’m a traveler…not cheap…1 day without warm water, another day without water all day long…they told me that I can buy water in supermarkets…their position is not too bad for breakfast 1 I’m for restaurants 700 mt for the center 1,6 I’m…the bad is so old…the bathroom is old, dirty and dangerous…all sanitary fixtures are broken and unsure…everything broken and old…the room on the 1st floor is so noisy because in front of Main Street…its a nightmare stay.
