The front‑desk team was helpful, check‑in was swift and they didn’t ask for a deposit; the housekeeping staff were cooperative, towels and sheets were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a microwave, a large fridge, two glasses of water, tea, sugar, and coffee supplied daily, along with plates, knives, and forks. Cleaning happened every day, and there were plastic flip‑flops for the pool. The price was reasonable in Jeddah. The rooms were small, staff didn’t speak Arabic or English, breakfast was limited, and a large number of guests from one nationality were careless about cleanliness and noise, especially late at night.
