The service is friendly and the location is great.

The hotel is in a great location and we stayed during renovations, but it was still a very nice stay; once finished it will be fantastic. The cafe offers the best view in town and the staff were very helpful, though the renovations were ongoing, which was a temporary issue.

I really appreciated the staff at Serkong—Pema and the manager are soft‑spoken and helpful, doing their best to assist. Construction next to my room prompted the manager to upgrade me to a quieter suite, and Pema is a sweetheart. There was nothing I didn’t like.
