Great, spacious rooms in a lovely garden with a pool, and the village with nice restaurants is within walking distance. The location is perfect for a day trip to Mount Etna, and the host’s communication was excellent – what more could you ask for?!

The location was good, but the experience was extremely negative. I gave two nights to my sister and brother‑in‑law, who accidentally opened the wrong room even though they had received the access instructions. A mistake that could have been calmly resolved, yet the owner came down yelling at them, saying things like, “What the f*ck are you doing? Did you get the wrong room?” This behavior was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The rudeness is unjustifiable, especially toward guests simply trying to enter their accommodation. Hospitality is about respect and courtesy, qualities that were entirely missing on this occasion. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The place was nice, but nobody was there to greet us, so we ended up in a different room. Later, we were told that was our fault and had to pay extra for it.
