The service for being a 5 star facility was below par in all the areas including but not limited to housekeeping to the extent the mattress was broken that led to my husband’s severe back muscle sprain and ruined our stay. Also the food was below par, service was too slow , wi fi was shotty to the point that we were kind of cut off from the world. The assorted pakoras in high tea were flavorless, my son ended up with gastroenteritis. Also the instructions about my son’s food were not followed
