The staff are all friendly and attentive. Every spot, including the room, is spotless. The room’s spaciousness, layout, and the stunning view while having breakfast are fantastic, and the menu is diverse. It feels like a luxury hotel but the value for money is great.

The city view is great, the breakfast solid, and the room and bathroom are very roomy. I had Wi‑Fi trouble, so the staff handed me a pocket Wi‑Fi, which I appreciated. Even if you miss the shuttle, it’s no big deal – plenty of cheap buses run from right outside the hotel into the city. The decor feels a bit dated, typical of many upscale Japanese hotels. I wasn’t sure when booking whether parking was free or 1000 yen a night, but it does cost 1000 yen a night.

The room was clean and spacious enough. I wish it had a night‑sky view. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and I was very satisfied watching the view. No complaints.
