The reception staff were friendly, the internet was fast, and the location was good, but there was no hot water, the walls were dirty with cobwebs, the bedding was unpleasant, the bar below made me feel the smell of cigarettes, and it was loud; I do not recommend it.

It was easy to find and the location was good; the staff were kind, but the room was smoky, had no air conditioning, was ugly, and the walls were cracked; I had requested a deluxe room.

The good thing was the quiet location and we had a bakery nearby so we weren’t hungry, but the room wasn’t clean, the bedding was damp, the towels were also damp, we didn’t have soap in the toilet to wash our hands properly, and it was too expensive for the lack of professionalism.
