The experience was very disappointing: the welcome was cold, the staff lacked warmth and service sense, and the bedding was unsuitable for a hotel of this level— a warped mattress that caused back pain upon waking is simply unacceptable. The services offered do not match the expectations, so we do not recommend this property.
