The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the woman at the cafe in the morning who I really liked. We ran into trouble with our first room because the doors didn’t work properly, so they moved us to a second room next to an ice maker that also malfunctioned; it kept running nonstop and woke us up several times.

It was okay. There was no pool.

The location was awesome!! It’s just minutes from anything and everything, and about 10‑12 minutes from the city. Everything was good.

The location was close to where I had my medical appointment. It was a nice hotel, but it’s priced higher than just nice. Either lower the price or give more perks.

The ambiance was great. The hallways were very cold.
