Self‑check‑in, a modern tidy interior, clean rooms, and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking a quiet linden street; the shared balcony faced the opposite side with a view of Mtatsminda. The location is great, just past the dry bridge. Perhaps because of the haters who couldn’t find the door or waited for hotel staff, I ended up spending more than a week in this empty, affordable, high‑quality hotel alone. Best experience.

Very cozy and pretty hotel. Only a few rooms, all inside are very stylish. The street is quiet; to get there you have to climb a bit up the hill, which isn’t a problem for me, but keep that in mind. They upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which was a double pleasure. Entry is by code; if you don’t show up, ask in advance. Huge thanks, and I’ll stay again gladly.

The stay was comfortable and good; the room was clean and large, close to the city center, everything was beautiful. Communication via phone and translations remains; direct contact is more comfortable when you need questions.

“可怕的住宿，绝不推荐”

Nothing positive to say. The room was a nightmare: tucked in an old building on a narrow alley in a residential area, everything was shabby and filthy; even the water that first came out of the shower was a brown‑yellow hue, which scared me away from bathing. The toilet lid was broken and detached, the flush didn’t work, and there was nothing redeeming about the place. The photos online were clearly heavily retouched.
