Eten in het restaurant was uitstekend. Ontbijt was goed. De accomodatie is zeer gedateerd en de kamer is erg klein

“Nice small rooms and a restaurant to have a retreat in vineyards nearby to Bordeaux”

It is a domain surrounded by the vineyards 30 min by car from Bordeaux center. There is huge walking area without cars, so it was quite safe for kids to walk around and play outside. The rooms are clean, and mattresses of the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and trying to positively reply to most of our desires. The terraces are very small and narrow. And the sound isolation is weak. We heard neighbours watching TV, taking shower, and even watching TV in rooms as far as two from ours. Staff was quite demanding, literally pushed us to pay before even seeing the room at the counter. And later the restaurant staff told us that since we paid for the room in advance, then we couldn't pay for the restaurant at checkout. So there was an option not that limiting us in our customers' rights, and it would be polite to let us know. The restaurant was fine, but you shouldn't have high gastronomic expectations. If even you pick different items , you can still find same ingredients in plates of your neighbours. Staff selling skills are well developed, they pour you wines to taste, you choose one, and then you've got it but with different year and taste. Kids menu is the same every day - cordon bleus with fries, and a muffin. Average waiting time for the taxi is 20-30 minutes in this area. Swimming pool was open and working but since it was cold noone used it
