The concierge team was really helpful and friendly, which I liked a lot, but some reception staff seemed less welcoming and attentive. I appreciated the hotel’s security, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great and convenient, so overall I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay. On the downside, we were charged every time we called room service, which I didn’t like. I also didn’t appreciate the city tax applied to each person after we’d already paid the full booking amount; it wasn’t mentioned during booking, so the extra fees were a surprise. The furniture and overall rooms felt quite old and dated, especially for the price of the hotel, and I expected a more modern and updated experience for what we paid.

Our room had a view of the courtyard, which is a shame; a view over the city would have been preferable.
