The location is convenient, right in the center and close to Đà Lạt market, so walking around the market is a good idea. I stayed right when a construction project was happening next door, so it was very noisy. Even though the staff helped me switch rooms, the 4‑star hotel’s facilities and equipment don’t match the rating; the soundproofing is awful, with hallway and neighboring rooms’ noises leaking in, affecting sleep—alarm bells from the room next door and cars outside the street are audible even though my room is inside. The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom drains slowly, and the shower water drips out onto the floor; there is a dryer, but it’s unusable.
