The beds were plush and extremely comfortable, the towels smelled nice, the bathroom was spacious and warm, and the room was very tidy and well organized.

I didn’t travel myself; my mother, caregiver, and daughter did. They liked the hotel, the service, the bed, and breakfast. But my elderly mother needed accessibility support, which the staff failed to provide: she was put in a standard room without safety bars in the bathroom and couldn’t use the toilet or shower. The lack of communication about accessibility was a serious issue for an 89‑year‑old guest who couldn’t even get to the toilet or shower safely.
