The place is huge and clean. Even though we had an AC problem, they moved us to another room right away. The staff were very accommodating during booking, but they misled us about the price breakdown, showing the deposit instead of a service fee – we should have paid in cash instead. Breakfast options were limited; fish was no longer available for a senior with restricted choices. Also, the restaurant is always booked for events, so a sign should warn that it’s booked and direct guests to the 2F alfresco area, since we couldn’t talk to anyone because everyone was busy.
