Bay Beauty Motel

Norm was absolutely wonderful and welcomed us into our studio room. You will have to speak up a bit as Norm can’t hear properly. I didn’t get to stay longer!

“Needs inpeovement”

The bed was comfortable and we were close to town and our destinations. It was overpriced for what we got. No Wi‑Fi, the TV was bad and didn’t work well. Kitchen facilities were lacking – only a microwave, fridge, and a jug. The information in the little book needs updating. The bathroom was set up for a wheelchair, but water ended up around the bottom of the toilet.

“Worst motel owner ever.”

The toilet paper was good quality. Avoid this place. There were cockroaches in the bed. The owner called the police on me because I put my brand new moped in the room at night. Very strange man who videos you with his phone and has paranoid delusions. Car parking is quite tight. The place is old and lacking maintenance but the paint is fresh. Pets have been in the rooms. I have mentioned that the owner is a very weird guy. I think it is used for emergency welfare housing. My trip was ruined by the rude and threatening staff.

“Easy convenient dog friendly stay, with friendly hosts”

A friendly lady welcomed us and was very helpful right from the start. We appreciated having a small grassy area to walk with our dog. The location was convenient and had everything we needed—clean, simple, and easy to navigate.

“Very basic if you want a cheap room, go for it”

The TV remote was broken, and there was no soap or shower wash available.
