The room was clean, the service was good, and the location was great, but everything was perfect.
“Observaciones”
While the hotel's staff provided excellent service, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Although the issue was minor, it did detract from my overall experience.
“Muy bien atendidos”
Our stay was marked by exceptional hospitality and attentive service, but unfortunately, the room's proximity to the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from passing vehicles.
“un lugar encantador en medio de boyaca”
The location and overall harmony of the place are fantastic, especially for a family trip; it’s a strategic spot a bit away from the historic center, yet the hotel’s features are outstanding. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t included, though there is a kitchen available.
The hotel's spacious rooms were a highlight of my stay, but the noise from the hallway was a significant drawback. While the room itself was comfortable, the external noise made it difficult to relax.
