“מקום מדהים במיקום מהמם עם מסעדה בעייתית”

מקום מהמם על גדת הנהר, בקרבה לאיזויר הרפטינג וקניונינג בריכה מצויינת וחדר אירוח/מוזיקה/ביליארד מהמם וכיפי היו לנו חדרים גבוהים שהשקיפו לנהר - זה כמו לגור באמצע הג׳ונגל יפה בצורה קיצונית. המסעדה במלון איטית ברמות מוגזמות אפילו לסרי לנקה. חיכינו יותר משעה לאוכל גם בערב וגם בארוחות הבוקר, פוגע משמעותי בחויה מזגן בחדר טיפטף בצורה מוגזמת ממש

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker, das Zimmer sehr gross und die Aussicht schön. Das Personal war freundlich und der Pool sauber. Aufgrund eines Stromausfalles war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel am Anreisetag etwas beschwerlich, aber das war sicher eine Ausnahme und kann vorkommen

“מקום נפלא, רק לוודא שהמלון לא מושכר לקבוצה גדולה בזמן השהות שלכם”

Wonderful team, very quiet place (most nights we stayed there were quiet except one night). Amazing view. Every request we made to the kitchen or cleaning staff was met immediately with a big smile. On our last night, the whole hotel except us was rented out to a company’s staff, a very noisy and loud group. They also held a very loud party until midnight. The hotel should have informed us beforehand but it seems they realized their mistake. Apart from that issue, everything was excellent.
