The staff were friendly, but the floors were dirty, the laundry room was filthy, and the washer/dryer left stains on clothes. The hallway was dingy, the white walls were bare with no artwork, making it look eerily plain.

The room was clean and had a pleasant scent. Unfortunately there were no cups or complimentary beverages (coffee, tea) in the room, the shower had a low water volume, and the door locks were inoperative.

The hotel was close to the event we were attending. However, it was very run down and dirty; the halls smelled of Indian food, the breakfast area was closed, and the towels were old. I’m surprised Sunesta would associate its name with this property.

The CCTV cameras were in place and the people were friendly. Nothing else stood out.

The staff were polite and nice. The paint on the furniture was peeling, the bathroom was a poor renovation attempt with broken tiles and windows that leaked air, and the whole building smelled of cooking (curry). The “breakfast” consisted of stale cereal and coffee.
