“Super relax con vista sul lago”

We stayed as a couple with our dog on half board; the setting was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dinners were excellent, featuring a sophisticated menu. The spa and pool were lovely, a real bonus. The room, overlooking the lake, was very comfortable. The only drawbacks were that the pool temperature could have been a bit warmer and the daily dog fee of 35 euros seemed somewhat steep.

The room was fantastic, the view from it was great, the buffet breakfast was superb, and we could take the evening cheese platter home; the wellness facilities were immaculate and the cleanliness impeccable. The reception team were helpful and pleasant, and we felt very comfortable overall. The only thing I would have preferred was a buffet dinner as well.

The wellness area was stunning and truly worth it, and the staff were very friendly; the view was beautiful. The room felt a bit dated and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable.

“Ein toller Urlaub in Pörtschach am Wörthersee”

We came as a couple with a small dog; the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was generous and excellent. The spa area was beautifully designed, with many different saunas—infrared, steam, herbal, stone, a large sauna, a cold pool, and numerous quiet zones. The indoor pool, connected to the outdoor one, was salty and refreshing, and the outdoor area was great; we relaxed wonderfully. Overall, we were completely satisfied.
