The only thing that mattered was the hotel’s location. We were put on the first floor in some room in the old wing, then I saw that on the other side of the corridor the rooms were new and looked like the photo I had booked. I had booked a triple, but we ended up in a shabby quadruple that had nothing to do with the booking picture. The room smelled awful like a canal. There was a cabinet that was about to break, and in the bathroom the sink battery was loose. Only one night lamp worked.

The reception was very good and we were welcomed warmly, especially the front‑desk employee Mr. Abdulrahman, who was kind, respectful, and very helpful. The heating was too high and we felt a little hot.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were a bit small but still comfortable. The breakfast could have been more varied. The location was excellent, with many sights right nearby, so I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast could have been more varied, and it would be better to match the number of towels to the number of guests. You can request more towels, but it would be better to pay more attention to that.
