“It was not what I expected”
Great location only 20 minutes from the beach . Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Didn’t smell clean like previous Hotels. Was on the floor with a barking dog all night .Customer service could’ve been better. Went to eat breakfast and after asking for assistance 3 times .No one ever came to take my order. So I went back to my room and ate leftover pizza for breakfast 🙄
“bad experience will never come again there!!!!”
The pictures online are misleading. There are hardly any parking spaces, and the room smelled awful.
“Not Worth the Money”
The location is decent, but they charge $2.00 for 16‑oz bottles of water and the maid service comes every other day, which is unacceptable for a $300 per night room. I won’t stay here again when I visit Hilton Head, even though I’ve stayed twice before.
“We made a spontaneous trip to the beach and had a really pleasant hotel experience.”
The hotel was super clean, the staff were friendly, and nobody bothered us during our stay. A Seven Brew and a convenience store are right next to the hotel, and there’s a parking garage on site. I have no negative thoughts about our stay.
