Viviana was the highlight of our stay – she made sure we were comfortable and even helped us deal with the earthquake that hit while we were there. The room was cool and comfy, and the hot‑water shower was a pleasant surprise compared to other places. Its spot near the plaza is handy, yet the street is quiet, so it felt just like being at home.

Viviana is a fantastic host and the place is right next to the plaza, which made getting around easy. The only downsides were a mattress that was a bit too firm for my liking and a shower that struggled with water pressure. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Communication with Viviana was smooth; she even bumped us up to a superior‑category room after we booked online. The spot is close to the city center yet manages to stay quiet and relaxed. All in all, a pleasant surprise compared to what we expected.

The host was wonderful – very welcoming, always trying to make sure we were happy and offering solid local tips, which gave the place a homely vibe. The only drawback was the TV noise coming from the next room; it was loud enough that conversation became difficult.
