Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to criticize.
Non ha rispettato la prenotazione da BeB e diventato camera matrimoniale con bagno.con mini frigo e nient'altro tv da schermo piatto a tv 22 pollici forse più piccolo. Alla mia lamentela a detto che a spagliato il cognome con un altro cliente e la camera da me prenotata e stata assegnata ad un altro cliente dato che io avevo pagato in anticipo lui si è sentito leggitimato ad agire così. Mi ha proposto la restituzione della prenotazione alle 19.00 dove andavo così ho accettato di rimanere promettendo che avrei segnalato il fatto. Distinti Saluti
The location was great, the neighborhood felt authentic, and those three balconies in the flat let in plenty of daylight. The kitchenware was quite old and some items were missing, which is a shame. I slept in the kitchen, and the refrigerator was really loud.
Excellent staff, always ready and understanding every need. A perfect 10‑star stay!
