“Bom mas poderia melhorar”
The location was excellent despite the long stairs. The view was stunning, literally facing the mountain to Machu Picchu. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good water flow. The isolation wasn’t great, both acoustically and thermally; the windows had gaps and there was no good blackout, and the neighbor’s balcony light kept turning on and off all night. Staff sometimes disappeared, and you had to wait for them to appear… The breakfast coffee was disappointing: cold, in a non‑thermal container, so you had to mix it with hot water even though there were electric kettles in the kitchen. More local, high‑quality products would have been nice.
