The coffee was watered down and could be better; the construction site next to the highrise was noisy in the morning.

The location is good, but the breakfast area is a bit messy.

The location and space are good, but in the bathroom the shower leaked under the floor, leaving the room wet.

The location is great, the staff are excellent and warm, and the park is beautiful for breakfast. I fell in love with it; if you want an intimate and quiet place, this is perfect.
