The hotel sits in a great spot, just a short walk from the city centre and the train station, and the rooms feel cosy and fully equipped; breakfast is served daily and most items are homemade.

“Ospitalità, pulizia, simpatia... un bel mix!”

The place is only a few minutes from the train station and close to the centre, and the host Sofia is very helpful—she even offered to iron my shirt—and friendly, living in the same building; breakfast was plentiful with sweet and savoury items, some made by her, and we had a nice chat about shared interests; the room was perfect and I’d gladly return.

Finding it is a bit tricky, but the location is good; Sophia is very friendly and helpful, the room is great, spacious, and clean, and breakfast is lovingly prepared; however, trips without a car or bike are quite complicated because the buses run extremely irregularly and the information on Google doesn’t match reality.

Sofia is a caring, thoughtful host who takes great care preparing breakfast for her guests; I felt at home, almost like having a roommate, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

“Lovely stay in Grosetto”

Sofia gave a warm welcome and was a very thoughtful host; the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were nice, but the lack of AC was tolerable—opening the window was the only option, and it was quite loud from the street at night.
