The staff was remarkable, but I thought the pool was for use, only to find it was just decorative.

The owner is kind and friendly, even cracking jokes, and he’s always willing to help and accommodate me if I need the room earlier.

I stayed at a comfy hotel in a great spot, and the staff were super helpful and friendly, communicating well and letting me check in late while they stored my luggage after checkout.
