“Spa closed when it was supposed to be open”
The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. The spa was supposed to open at 10 am, but it stayed closed at 10:30 am even though I asked about it, and I never got to use it.

La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda, al igual que los espacios y servicios que ofrecen. Además, el desayuno es muy rico y variado. Sugiero prestar mayor atención a ciertos detalles: por ejemplo, las persianas de las ventanas no funcionaban adecuadamente. Asimismo, considerando el clima frío de la ciudad, siempre es conveniente contar con cobijas adicionales disponibles en la habitación; aunque se presentó este impase, el personal lo resolvió en cierta medida
