The place was clean, centrally located, and the staff were available and courteous. The room and elevator were a bit small for three people (two adults and a 5‑month‑old baby, which made traveling with a stroller a bit tight).

The bed was comfy, the metro station and city center were close, and the room décor plus a little bonus for the lights created a nice vibe. The staff were helpful, attentive, and very large, and the extra space for luggage was a real plus. The only downside might be the building’s insulation; the bathrobes and slippers were missing even though they were listed, and a thicker blanket would have helped since it was October and the nights were still cool.

The place was really clean and fresh. I loved the location—accessible but not smack‑in‑the‑middle of the main sights. It was close to St Peter’s and the Vatican, the bed was very comfortable, and having a fridge, hob, and sink was handy. The hosts were very helpful and reachable. It felt a bit small for us, but the size is advertised, so keep that in mind.
