The hotel décor is nice, but the staff were scarce, which showed in the dinner service; the food was good, yet the service was very poor. The underground parking is extremely tight, with very few spots in the pool lounge.

The spa offered only a few loungers, and the towel was not clean.

The room was pleasant, the wellness area lovely, and breakfast was solid. Around 5 pm the sauna had no clean cups left and old towels piled up. On Saturday the a‑la‑carte dinner disappeared without warning, leaving only sushi.

The location is superb, underground parking is ample, the food—whether breakfast or the four‑course dinner—is excellent, and the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
